Man killed in San Jose stabbing ID'd

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A man stabbed to death early Christmas morning in downtown San Jose has been identified.
The man killed was identified as 24-year-old Luis Marin.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing at about 5:40 a.m., on the 200 block of North 26th Street.
According to a police press release, a man, later identified as Marin, had been stabbed at least once.
He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities say they do not have a motive or a suspect at this time.
