Man sexually assaults boy with Down Syndrome at BART station
PITTSBURG, Calif. (KTVU) - Police are questioning a man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy with Down Syndrome.
Police say this happened just before 10 Saturday night at the Pittsburg-Bay Point BART station.
They say a man followed the boo to the bathroom, where he allegedly molested him.
The boy's mother was waiting for her son outside. When she found out what happened, she called for help and police made an arrest.
They boy was then taken to a Vallejo hospital for examination.
