Man suffers life-threatening wounds in San Jose stabbing

Police are working to determine a motive for the attack.

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A man suffered a life-threatening wound in a stabbing Friday night in San Jose, police said.

The stabbing was reported at 11:35 p.m. in the area of West San Carlos Street and Brooklyn Avenue.

Officers responded and are investigating.

No other information was immediately available.
