Man, woman killed in San Jose double homicide

A man and a woman were found shot to death Wednesday night in San Jose becoming the city's 9th and 10th homicides of the year, following a fatal shooting nearly two days earlier.

At about 10 p.m. San Jose police were called out on a report of shooting in the 3800 block of Sierra Road, Sgt. Enrique Garcia said. Officers found the man and woman each suffering from at least one gunshot wound. They were both pronounced deceased at the scene.

Early Thursday morning, a dark Honda was taken away from the scene, which is located in a remote location in the city's eastern foothills. 

No suspects have been identified in the double homicide, and no new information has been released on the man who was shot to death early Tuesday morning in the 400 block of Blossom Hill Road.
