Medical emergency prompts flight to return to SFO

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) - A Taipei-bound Air China flight that left from San Francisco International Airport early Monday morning returned to the airport after a brief medical emergency.
Air China Flight 3 left SFO at 12:05 a.m. but returned a short time later, according to an airport duty manger.
One person suffered a medical emergency and was taken to a hospital, the duty manager said.
The flight resumed normal service and left the airport around 4 a.m.
