The Sierra County Sheriff's Office confirmed this afternoon that abduction suspect Hannah Ashley and her 7-month-old son Henry Massey were found safe and in good health in Downieville in Sierra County.

Ashley, 35, is suspected of taking the boy from his grandmother's Guerneville home on Sunday. The grandmother told the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office around 8:30 a.m. Sunday she suspected Ashley took the boy from his crib.

Ashley was believed to be traveling in a silver Subaru Forester with a California license plate. The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office said the county's Child Protective Services was not sure Ashley was capable of adequately caring for the boy.

The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for Ashley and her son Monday afternoon.

According to the Sierra County Sheriff's Office, Ashley and the boy were found and in good health. No other details were immediately available.
