Netflix customers in the U.S. will soon have to pay more for the popular streaming service, with prices on its Standard plan going up around 10 percent.

On Thursday, the company revealed it would be raising prices again. It is the second time since the beginning of last year that its plans have become more expensive.

What we know:

Prices went up for all Netflix plans, with costs rising across all its plans. Here’s the breakdown of what customers in the U.S. will have to pay:

  • Standard w/ Ads: $8.99/month
  • Standard:$19.99/month; an extra person can be added for $7.99 for the version with ads or $9.99/month for the ad-free version.
  • Premium: $26.99/month; an extra person can be added for $7.99 for the version with ads or $9.99/month for the ad-free version.

The new prices go into effect immediately for new customers, while current subscribers will see the higher rates on their next bill.

Breakdown of Netflix plans

For those who do not want to pay more for Netflix but do not want to give up their subscription, here is what customers will get on each plan:

  • Standard w/ Ads: Viewers can get ad-supported videos and games on up to two devices at a time. However, not all programming is available. Streams are limited to 1080p and shows can only be downloaded on two devices.
  • Standard: All movies, TV shows, and games are available ad-free on up to two devices at a time. Downloads are also capped at two devices. Like the ad-supported plan, videos are limited to 1080p. Viewers can also add one extra member who does not live in the same home.
  • Premium: Customers get all movies, TV shows, and games and can watch them in 4K + HDR. Netflix spatial audio is available. Additionally, the limits on supported devices for viewing simultaneously and downloading are higher, at four and six devices, respectively. Viewers on this plan can also share their logins with two extra members who do not live with them.
