Oakland Police: Man suffering multiple gunshot wounds dies in afternoon homicide

OAKLAND, Calif. (OAKLAND) - Oakland Police Department confirms a shooting homicide Wednesday afternoon at the 1900 block of 17th Avenue. 

Skyfox was briefly overhead at the scene where police say an adult male suffering multiple gunshot wounds was pronounced dead. Paramedics and the fire department responded to the scene. 

Police were notified of the shooting at 3:28 p.m.
