Oakland police search for vehicle in deadly hit and run
OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - Oakland police are looking for a vehicle that may have been involved in a deadly hit and run.
According to police, authorities responded to a deadly motorcycle crash on I-980 around 2 a.m. Sunday.
A male motorcyclist died at the scene.
Police found evidence at the scene that led them to believe another vehicle may be involved.
Police are looking for a white, 2016 Kia Sedona that should have damage to the right front wheel well area.
Anyone who believes they saw the motorcyclist, riding a 2006 orange Harley Davidson motorcycle with no license plates early Sunday morning - or has information on the suspect's vehicle - is asked to call the Oakland CHP office at 510-450-3821 or 707-551-4196.
