Palo Alto police investigate 2 reports of flashers

PALO ALTO, Calif. (KTVU) - Palo Alto police say there have been two separate reports of a flasher in their city in the past week.

In the most recent incident police say the man exposed himself to a woman driving away from a downtown parking garage.

The incident happened Friday just before 10 p.m. about two blocks south of city parking garage “R” on High Street.

Police say the woman saw the man following her as she walked along University Avenue toward her car.

When she pulled over to program her GPS a few blocks outside of the garage he knocked on her window and pulled down his pants.

This comes after a woman reported a similar incident Tuesday. Police say the woman was walking her dog in Monroe Park Tuesday night when a man exposed himself to her. Police released a sketch of the suspect in that case.

Police are investigating if the two incidents are connected.
