Parents want answers after baby locked in daycare center

The parents of a baby left alone inside an Illinois daycare center after workers went home for the night, say they want answers.

Cellphone video shows the rescue, at the "All Things are Possible for Kids" daycare center in Chicago.

The father says when he came to pick up 1-year-old "Journee" Monday night, the center was closed.

The fire department had to force the door open to reach the little girl.

The Department of Children and Family Services has launched an investigation.

The little girl's mother says a daycare worker told her, she thought the baby was a doll.

A source inside the Department of Children and Family Services said the daycare is not considered a problem facility.
