Person in wheelchair struck, killed by vehicle

OAKLAND, Calif. - Someone in a wheelchair was struck and killed by a vehicle in Oakland this morning, according to police.

The collision was reported at about 5:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of
40th Street.

No other information about the collision was immediately available from police.
