Photos: Judges save contestant to set up double-elimination episode

 LOS ANGELES (KTVU) -- The judges on 'American Idol' used their once-per-season save to keep contestant Qaasim Middleton in the running Thursday night, setting the stage for a double-elimination episode next week.
