An Australian teen got what her family is calling a "hug from heaven" in memory of her mother.

P!nk stopped her show in Brisbane after after she saw a sign from a fan in the crowd. The sign read, “My name is Leah – I’m 14 years old. I lost my beautiful Mum last month. I would LOVE a hug … Please!”

P!nk found Leah Murphy in the crowd to give her a long, emotional hug.

Leah told Courier Mail, “She told me that I looked pretty. She said 'oh don’t cry.' She said that everything was going to be OK. Then she signed my arm and we took a selfie... It meant everything. It was a dream come true.'”

Leah's mom Debbie had initially planned to go to the concert in Sydney with a friend, but died before the concert. Leah was going to go in her mother's place but the concert was postponed while P!nk was in the hospital.

Meanwhile, Leah's cousin Katrina Donkin arranged for Leah to go to a later show in Brisbane.

Donkin told KTVU, "What she (P!nk) did for Leah lifted her spirits and it will be a moment to remember forever."

Donkin remembers her cousin Debbie as "the sweetest kindest most beautiful person inside and out you have ever met."

Debbie loved dancing and bonded with Leah over P!nk's music, which made the moment so special.
