Police name two suspects in deadly Concord motel shooting

Concord police are continuing to investigate a deadly shooting that happened late Friday at a Motel 6 on the 3600 block of Clayton rd.

Police responded to the motel at about 11:15 p.m. Friday, and found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, but died as a result of his injuries. Police have identified him as Daniel Schrader.

Police have named two suspects in the case, both have arrest warrants for murder. Police are searching for Adam Renfroe, 32 of Brentwood, and Robert Brown, 40, of Bay Point.

Police say the second suspect was tracked to a home in Bay Point. Concord SWAT units served a search warrant at the home this afternoon, but were unable to locate Brown.

Both Renfroe and Brown are considered armed and dangerous.
