Power restored to SoMa District, PG&E says

SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU) -- PG&E said power has been restored to thousands of customers in the SoMa District, who lost electricity Thursday evening, officials said.
It was not immediately clear what sparked the outage but the utility said as of 6:54 p.m. all customers affected by the outage have had their service restored. The outage had originally affected 20,000 customers
