SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - Caltrans will begin lane and ramp closures along U.S. Highway 101 in San Rafael beginning Tuesday in preparation for resurfacing work.
The resurfacing work will take place between North San Pedro Road and Lucas Valley Road. Both directions of the freeway will be affected.
