RICHMOND, Calif. (KTVU) - Police launched a homicide investigation in Richmond after a person was found dead on Tuesday morning.
It happened around 9:50 a.m. at Loyola Drive and Duke Avenue and one victim died as a result. Authorities have not provided information on what type of injuries the victim sustained.
There have been no arrests and no suspect descriptions at this time.
