San Jose could receive more than an inch of rain in the next week

The Bay Area will undergo some unsettled weather over the next week.

KTVU meteorologist Steve Paulson said there is some light drizzle and sprinkles in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Santa Clara Valley Friday morning.

But more rain is on the horizon.

He predicts that San Jose will receive more than an inch of rain over the next week.

He expects San Francisco will get eight-tenths of an inch, and half an inch of rain in Santa Rosa.

There is mostly cloud cover on Friday.

The North Bay may have a few breaks of sunshine.

The storm system will hit the South Bay, and then slowly move up north.

Temperatures are in the 50s and 60s.

He says there would be much more rainfall in Southern California and Arizona.
