Sausalito residents upset with slow cleanup, four months after massive mudslide

Residents in Sausalito are frustrated with the cleanup timeline from a Valentines Day rainstorm that caused a massive mudslide that destroyed two buildings and injured a woman who was trapped inside her home.

Many people living on Crescent Ave say they are upset with the city's progress in cleaning up the storm damage on their street. They say the project is moving way too slowly.

Sausality city officials hope to have all the storm debris removed sometime in September.

Damaged sewer and storm drainage systems are scheduled to be installed in October.
