Sea otter celebrates the 4th of July at the Monterey Bay Aquarium

MONTEREY, Calif. (KTVU) - Southern sea otter 'Ivy' enjoyed an ice pop flag on the Fourth of July at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

According to the aquarium, the flag was made of ice dyed with non-toxic food coloring.
