Search for missing Santa Barbara County teen

Search for SoCal teen with stepmother, who does not have custody of her

SANTA MARIA, Calif. (KTVU) --  Authorities across the state Saturday morning are looking for a missing teenager from Santa Barbara County.


The Sheriff's Department issued an "endangered missing advisory" for Jasmine Locke, 14.

She is diabetic and it's not known if she has medications, said officials.

Deputies say Jasmine is with her stepmother, Heather Locke, 34, who does not have custody of her.

Jasmine is 4 feet 10 inches tall, 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue capri pants.

Heather Locke is described as a white female, 5 foot 8 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

They are in a red 1988 Mercury wagon, with California license plate, 4YFY063.
