SF Giants sign free agent Denard Span to $31M 3-year deal

SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU) - The San Francisco Giants have signed free agent, Denard Span, to a three-year, $31 million deal according to multiple news sources.
The Giants made the announcement Thursday afternoon. The deal with the former Washington Nationals outfielder includes performance bonuses, pending a physical.
Span turns 32 in February. According to the Giants Twitter page, Span will be at AT&T Park Friday morning.
