SAN FRANCISCO - A person was recused at Ocean Beach by San Francisco authorities, officials said.
The surf rescue occurred Saturday and involved swimmers from the San Francisco Fire Department and assistance from the California Highway Patrol with their helicopter.
It's unclear if the victim suffered any injuries.
