SFPD: Motorcyclist struck by stray bullet

A 33-year-old man was injured by a stray bullet as he rode his motorcycle through San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood Monday night, police said.

It happened shortly after 8:30 p.m. in the area of Taylor and Turk Streets.

Two men were arguing nearby when one of them opened fire, striking the victim according to investigators.

Police said the motorcyclist is expected to survive. Investigators did not release further details about his injuries.

Officers were able to locate and arrest the suspects, a 19-year-old man and a 23-year-old man.

There is no word on their identities.
