SFPD searching for at-risk missing 2-year-old girl

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KTVU) - Nicole's daughter, Arianna Fitts, is still missing.
  
SFPD say due to the sensitive nature of this investigation and information continuously developing, they can't disclose further details on how she was located.

Her daughter Arianna has not been seen since late February, and is considered at-risk due to her young age and suspicion of foul play.
  
Nicole and Arianna were reported to frequent the San Francisco, San Mateo, Oakland/Emeryville, Fresno, Santa Cruz, and Silicon Valley Areas, as well as various locations in Southern California.
