SJ man arrested on suspicion of shooting his wife to death
SAN JOSE, Calif. (BCN) - Police have arrested a 63-year-old man who allegedly shot his wife to death early Saturday morning in San Jose.
At 12:46 a.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Indigo Oak Lane for a report of a person shot, police said.
Upon arrival, officers located a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where she later died, according to police.
Authorities identified her Sonia Nallan, 48, of San Jose.
Police arrested Nallan's husband, James Nallan, also of San Jose, on suspicion of murder.
Investigators are continuing to investigate to determine a motive for the murder.
