SJPD: Suspect fires BB gun at officer, remains at large
SAN JOSE, Calif. (KTVU) - San Jose police say they are looking for a suspect said to be armed with a BB gun or airsoft gun who allegedly fired the weapon Wednesday afternoon in the direction of a business and an arriving officer.
Police said the incident happened around 2:29 p.m. at the 7100 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard.
Officers who followed up on the investigation said they made contact at a nearby residence and questioned someone, but ultimately determined that person was not involved.
The suspect remains at large. Police did not provide a description. No injuries were reported.
