Stalled BART train prompts morning commute delays
OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - A stalled BART train has been cleared from the Transbay Tube Wednesday morning, but riders continue to experience delays.
The incident occurred around 8 a.m. Wednesday and system wide delays are expected to be in effect for an hour, possibly longer.
At this point, additional details have not been released.
