Surveillance video shows brazen burglary at San Francisco optometrist

SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU) - San Francisco Police Department released a surveillance video Wednesday of an unknown suspect who entered and burglarized an optometry office on the 1300 block of Polk Street in the city’s Polk Gulch neighborhood.

According to police, at 5:25 p.m. on November 11th, the suspect stole several pairs of high-end sunglasses totaling over $900.

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the bandit. Police described him as a black male, approximately 5’08” 150 lbs. with brown hair.

The suspect is seen wearing a black beanie, dark grey jacket, dark jeans, and carrying a black backpack.
