ISTANBUL (AP) — Turkish official says Istanbul twin bombings have killed 15, wounded 69.
The attack, which appeared to have targeted police, struck shortly after the conclusion of a match late Saturday.
Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu, citing health ministry figures, says one of the blasts was thought to be a car bomb and the second appeared to have been caused by a suicide bomber.
The official who gave the toll spoke on condition anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly on the issue.
