San Francisco police have determined that a suspicious package in a U.S. Postal Service cargo facility at San Francisco International Airport this afternoon is not hazardous, airport officials said this afternoon.

The International Service Center was evacuated after employees scanned an inbound foreign package around 12:10 p.m. and determined that it looked suspicious.

A bomb squad team has since determined that the package was not dangerous, according to SFO spokesman Doug Yakel.

The facility is reopening.
