Vallejo police investigate deadly shooting
VALLEJO, Calif. (KTVU) - Vallejo Police are investigating a deadly shooting.
It happened at about 7 p.m. Sunday night near Maple and Woodrow avenues.
Officers found the man lying in a front yard.
He was pronounced dead just a few minutes after paramedics arrived.
Neighbors say they heard the gunshots.
"Two gunshots. Then the dogs jumped up and started barking. I went out to look, didn't see anything. And then three minutes later the police were here," said one neighbor.
Police say the victim was 22 years old, but his name has not yet been released.
So far, police have not said anything about a possible motive, and no arrests have been made.
