Vehicle hits pedestrian walking baby in stroller in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - A vehicle hit a pedestrian who was walking with a baby in a stroller in Oakland on Tuesday afternoon. 

The vehicle hit the pedestrian around 2:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Oak Street, according to Oakland Fire Department.
