Westbound Highway 4 reopened in Antioch following reported vehicle with possible explosive

ANTIOCH, Calif. (KTVU) - Traffic was directed off of westbound Highway 4 at Contra Loma/L St due to a suspicious abandoned vehicle that may have an explosive device in it, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The roadway was reopened at 2:30 p.m. after the California Highway Patrol determined the item was not a threat to anyone.
