Window washers trapped on tallest building in Texas, rescued through a window

Window washers had to be rescued from the 71st floor of the tallest building in Texas this morning after their scaffolding partially collapsed.  The Houston Fire Department had to remove a window on the JP Morgan Chase Tower to rescue the workers who were trapped for about an hour.  Officials say one of the motors on the scaffolding failed, leading it to become unbalanced and tip.  Noone was hurt.  The building is 75 stories in all.
