Woman struck, pinned by Muni bus, taken to trauma center
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) - San Francisco firefighters freed a woman trapped under a Muni bus after she was hit while walking on Market Street Monday evening.
Firefighters said it happened around 7:15 p.m. on Market and Third Street. The woman was pinned by the bus.
San Francisco Fire Department reported on social media they were responding to a crash with at least one victim at Market and Third streets.
The victim was transported to a trauma center, firefighters said. It is not known if the driver or the pedestrian was in the wrong in this traffic incident.
