Giants' Joe Panik scratched due to concussion symptoms

The San Francisco Giants scratch second baseman Joe Panik from starting lineup vs Oakland Athletics Tuesday night, due to concussion like symptoms. Panik was hit in the head by a pitch on June 18, while playing the Tampa Bay Rays. He didn't initially show any symptoms of a concussion days after, but started showing symptoms Tuesday. Panik batting .256 with 7 HR's and 36 RBI this season.
