Annunciation Church shooting: 2 children killed, 18 others hurt

Two children were killed and 18 other people were injured in a shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning. The suspect, who fired from outside through the church windows as children worshiped, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Hundreds of people staged simultaneous sit-in protests both in San Francisco and Los Angeles on Wednesday. The protesters are demanding Senators Alex Padilla and Adam Schiff stop the U.S. from arming the Israeli military. In San Francisco, more than 100 arrests were made. 

Limits for newly approved COVID shots

The Food and Drug Administration approved updated COVID shots on Wednesday but with new limits. The shots by three manufacturers are approved for everyone 65 or older. The FDA narrowed their use for people younger than 65 to those with high-risk health conditions such as asthma or obesity.

San Jose aims to be America's AI capital
