Clearing cannabis convictions: Bay Area prosecutors make small dent after promises to dismiss

Individual Bay Area prosecutors promised to review marijuana cases and clear thousands of criminal cannabis records. But a 2 Investigates review of the major District Attorney’s offices show that they have only made a small dent in the number of cases before them. In three months, they've dismissed between 4 to 10 percent in the cannabis caseloads they vowed to clear.
