The October heat wave continues. While temperatures should begin to cool in the Thursday forecast, another round of triple digit heat is expected. The Excessive Heat Warning has been extended until 11 pm Thursday. Forecast highs should range from the mid 70s near the coast to 103 well inland. Temperatures as high as 110 degrees expected in parts of Bay Area Wednesday
An Excessive Heat Warning is in effect through Wednesday night in much of the greater Bay Area because of temperatures that could reach 110 degrees in some inland locations and up to 96 degrees in downtown San Francisco, according to the National Weather Service.
