Stephen Breyer to retire from Supreme Court

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will retire from the nation's highest court at the end of this term. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed the justice is stepping down. He's the oldest justice and second-longest serving justice on the current bench.
