Person killed on Cupertino highway was triple-stabbing suspect, police say
The suspect wanted for a triple stabbing in San Jose was killed hours later by running onto Highway 85 in Cupertino, police said. It appears that the suspect wanted to be run over by a car, authorities said. The three victims in the stabbing do not have life-threatening injuries.
