Firefighters injured battling blaze in West Oakland high-rise

Three Oakland firefighters and two civilians suffered minor injuries from a two-alarm fire in a West Oakland high-rise Tuesday afternoon. Residents from 12 units in the 80-unit housing development have been displaced.
