New law offers relief for traffic ticket costs

Traffic tickets, or late fees for not paying them on time, can set drivers back hundreds, or even thousands of dollars. A new state law that took effect last month is aiming to change that. However, some people might not know it exists. Rio Scharf, an attorney for the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, joined us on The Nine to tell us about how this new law can help drivers.
