Tesla recalls more than 1 million cars due to defective windows
A problem with Tesla's power windows has led the automaker to issue a recall for more than 1 million cars in the United States. The problem is that the automated reversal system may not operate when an obstruction is detected. An online software update should fix the problem, Tesla said.
