Former Danville officer won't face charges in shooting death of Tyrell Wilson
A former Danville police officer, who is currently in prison for killing an unarmed motorist, will not be charged for killing a mentally-ill man. Contra Costa County's district attorney is expected to make a formal announcement this week.
