Amazon acquiring One Medical, expanding reach into health care

Amazon is officially acquiring One Medical after the FTC said it would not challenge the purchase. KTVU's Alex Savidge speaks with Matthew Faulkner, assistant professor of finance at San Jose State University about how the acquisition will impact patients and the overall health care field.
