Victim identified who died when allegedly stolen truck crashed into SF bus stop

The man killed by an alleged carjacking suspect who crashed a stolen truck into a bus shelter in San Francisco has been identified as Victor Nguyen, 58. Authorities say that Carlos Gomez drove the stolen city truck last week when it crashed at 16th Street and Potrero Avenue.
