Fire in SF's Sunset damages 3 buildings and displaces residents
The fire broke out around 8:15 Tuesday night in San Francisco's Inner Sunset- a neighborhood that has a mix of residential and commercial buildings. The fire damaged 2 residential buildings and a hardware store. Fire officials say people from at least 12 units in the building where the fire started have been displaced. Fire Chief Jeanine Nicholson says the cause and origin are under investigation. There was a massive responsive by the fire department: 100 firefighters and more than 30 rigs.
